2. Scope and purpose of processing

We process the data you provide in the contact form (name, email address, optionally company and phone, and the message content) solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a product recommendation, sample and quote, and to conduct further business correspondence.

3. Legal basis

The basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in handling the enquiry and correspondence; and, where a contract is concerned, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Retention period

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and correspondence, and then for the period required by law (including tax law) or until an effective objection is raised.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office). Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to receive a reply.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use cookies for marketing or tracking purposes and does not embed third-party tracking code. For this reason we do not display a consent banner. Any visit statistics are kept server-side by the hosting provider only, without profiling.

7. Data recipients

The data may be entrusted to the hosting and email providers to the extent necessary to operate the website and handle correspondence. We do not transfer data outside the EEA and do not sell it to third parties.
